Return/Refund Policy
All fabric wrapped panels are made to order and are nonrefundable once we have started production on your order. Most stock items can be returned within 14 days after you receive your order. There is a 20% restocking charge, and the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges. Please get in touch with us before shipping an item back. Should a product arrive damaged, we must be notified immediately upon receipt to schedule a replacement.
Shipping
We currently ship to the lower 48 states. Should you need international shipping please reach out to us for a shipping quote.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
