Drop down door seal closes gaps at he bottom of teh door each and every time it is closed. Fully adjustable depth for gaps up to 1/2". Hardware is surface mounted and can be cut for an exact fit.  Maximum cut cannot exceed 2-1/2". Mounting screws are included
